Which email?

Use the Stripe checkout email.

Your trial is attached to the email Stripe received at checkout. Apple Pay can use a saved or private relay address, so check the Stripe receipt if sign-in does not work.

Password links are sent only to the checkout/account email. By using Neon Worlds, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
