The service is built for adult reflection, journaling, and entertainment. Do not use the service or create an account if you are under 18.
For app support, include your account email, page URL, feature involved, deck/guide/spread if relevant, browser/device, approximate time, expected result, and actual result.
Do not send passwords, password reset links, full payment-card numbers, government IDs, medical records, legal documents, crisis details, or secrets.
We review support requests as capacity allows during launch. Formal response targets may be added later.
Privacy, access, correction, export, age-related, and deletion requests can be sent to support@dmvdigitalstudio.com. You may also use the account/data deletion page.
Billing questions can be sent to billing@dmvdigitalstudio.com. Checkout is not active unless the app displays an active checkout or app-store purchase flow. When paid access is enabled, billing support can help with receipts and cancellation guidance, but paid purchases are final after payment and access is provided except where required by law, applicable platform rules, or the checkout screen states otherwise.
