Neon Worlds provides reflective tarot software.
Neon Worlds provides tarot readings, AI-generated interpretations, illustrated deck worlds, saved reading history, journal tools, preferences, games, and related subscription features for entertainment, creativity, self-inquiry, and reflection.
The service is intended for adults 18+.
Users must be at least 18 years old and old enough to accept these terms in their jurisdiction. Do not use the service or create an account if you are under 18. Users are responsible for the email account and password used to sign in, account activity, and using accurate account information.
Readings are symbolic.
Readings are symbolic and reflective. They are not certainty, prediction, diagnosis, instruction, or proof.
Use qualified help for high-stakes needs.
The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, mental health, emergency, crisis, relationship, or other professional advice. Users should seek qualified professional or emergency help for high-stakes needs.
AI output may be imperfect.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, emotionally mismatched, unsuitable, or unavailable. Users remain responsible for evaluating output.
Users are responsible for what they submit.
Users are responsible for questions, prompts, preferences, journal notes, feedback, and other content they submit. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, infringing, or high-risk content; private third-party data without permission; secrets; credentials; full payment-card details; or content you do not have rights to use.
We need limited permission to process submitted content.
Users grant 2814438 Alberta Inc., operating as DMV Digital Studio, limited permission to process, store, display, transmit to service providers, and use submitted content only as needed to provide the service, support, security, and user-requested features.
The product and creative system are protected.
Deck worlds, art, reader personas, prompts, text, code, interface, branding, generated compositions, and product assets are protected. Do not scrape, clone, resell, automate extraction from, or reuse the product to compete with the service.
Use the app respectfully and within its intended purpose.
Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, overload the service, exploit AI systems, submit unlawful content, harass others, or use readings to make consequential decisions for another person without their informed involvement.
Features and availability may change.
Features, decks, pricing, AI models, voices, games, limits, subscriptions, and availability may change. Some features may be interrupted, revised, or removed as the service evolves.
Checkout is inactive unless the app shows a purchase flow.
Checkout is active only when the product displays an active checkout or app-store purchase flow. Plan features, price, billing cadence, renewal terms, cancellation path, final-sale refund terms, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, users may cancel future renewals, but access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Paid purchases are final after payment and access is provided. Fees are not prorated, rebated, credited, or refunded after access is provided, except where required by law, applicable app-store or platform rules, or a checkout screen states otherwise. Access may be limited for safety, security, or terms issues.
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, chargeback or fraud risk, or violation of these terms.
Account deletion is available from the account area.
Signed-in users can delete their Neon Worlds account from the account area. The deletion workflow removes app-owned account data where reasonably possible and attempts to cancel future Stripe renewal where possible. Some legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or dispute records may be retained where required or reasonably needed.
The service is provided as available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, emotional suitability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability is limited where the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2814438 Alberta Inc., operating as DMV Digital Studio, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Alberta and Canadian law apply, with mandatory protections preserved.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable Canadian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your location.
